The holidays brought tidings of comfort and joy to the Dunn Family as we celebrated the true spirit of the season in our new home. In addition, many years have passed since we have looked forward to a new year with as much ambition and promise as this. There is no greater contentment than freedom from the responsibility of a house that no longer accommodates a life style.
Selling one's "home" is an emotional and stressful ordeal for everyone involved. Choosing the right Realtor is an added bewilderment. From the first moment we met with you, Art, we felt as if we were your only clients. You respected our views and remembered our needs throughout the entire transaction. You continually let us know your schedule and when business tool you out of town, you made sure your assistant, another agent was available to provide update or answer our questions. Never did we have to call for a status report. Both you and your assistant kept us advised and content until the very end.
